I love this website. Don't comment often, but I visit very frequently. I would love to visit these places... though every time I have attempted exploration myself, I hear a loud noise or something and end up running away. thank you Motts for preserving them on film, as it seems they won't be around much longer. It takes a creative mind to appreciate what most would simply like to forget. They are spaces wherein the sacred and the profane walk hand in hand.

Trust me, it is an ex Navy rescue tug, there were three of them in the yard. Aftrer Navy service this became a tug names HILA It was one of the better preserved boats in the yard.
