These appear to be wire wound resistors or chokes. I'm wagering it's from the hospitals 'tinker' or parts bin. It's clearly been fully snipped from whatever it once controlled. Whomever last did the soldering on it wasn't very skilled either.

Crazy is an easy blanket term for anyone who appears to not conform with the norm :)

very beautiful picture ive spent more than one occasion on and in the buildings of danvers state i once made the mistake of going alone to prove that i was not so full of fear i left that place running for refuge that place is not joke nor are the spirits that once lived there that still roam the halls its to bad they tore it down i really loved the architecture
i would never want to live on that hill trust me its cursed you can count on strange things happening to the poor folks that will soon inhabit that hill

its to bad they tore down the old building i really loved the place seems you cant save anything these days ...i was able to walk through the whole building on more than one occasion we paid off a security guard and spent one whole day and evening up on the hill.. very sad place and the vibe that the building gives off is almost satanic i think...my good friend used to work at danvers state until the day it closed. he saw the horror that went on in that place he was the one who first told me how to navigate the building becuase of its imense size. he told me about the doctors labotomizing people just because of over population. by the way if you didnt know frontal lobe lobotomy was developed at danvers something i had thought about many times while walking through
