FreeSpirit I think its just a normal looking resting face. Smiling is not the default position of the face that is something people are taught to do when they think others may see them. I think its manipulative if its not spontaneous.

With more wiring I would suggest it was a server rack for computer hardware. Would have been a very strange place to put it though. Maybe it once held a TV and shelf for a VCR/movies?
