The old photo looks like it was took around christmas time. and it looks superb wish i could have seen it in the height of its day.

looks like its some wheel that controls the amount og gas or water that might posserbly be going through the pipes. hmm just a thought.. or u could go with my other idea....if u wuna know it just ask ;P

the walls look like some demonic creature has been scratching at the walls yet the light through the door looks like a door way to heaven....

An intriguing thing about this pool is that the water level appears not to have changed for a very very long time - the tiles above the water are perfectly clean. I've seen this pool on other Urbex sites (pictures taken several years before this one), and it's exactly the same, which is weird - the water doesn't appear to be evaporating... so how did it get to that level? Why'd they only drain half of it (if drain they did)? Especially since it would appear that the metal ladders have been taken out (I assume that, since there doesn't appear to be any form of exit from the pool on any of the photos I've seen).

Its amazing the way u have a nearly perfectly preserved picture while around it the walls fall down. Almost reminds me of a song but the name and artist escape me.

Hmm ... that looks like a job 4 the ghostbusters. the sky on this looks awsome.....did u say all this was in england?? dead spooky. Castle near my home is said to be haunted along with warwick castle, never been ti either at night though im too chicken.

that picture is more stunning than anything yet. Its beautuful the way the oranges and yellows make such a cold place warm. its fabulouse. (sorry for the spelling)

Just by looking at the baggage cart, it takes you back in time. You can imagine NYC workers hauling luggage on it.

it would be pretty cool if some one did preserve this building...although living in it and working night in it to get it completed would scare you witless... would be a job for .....THE GHOSTBUSTERS . HA!

The contrast in the wall and the floor make you focus more on the disintergrating bed trolly which looks scary.
