It looks to me like no one stopped a flooding toilet. That why the middle of the floor is wet.

It was never sold, and I go past it regularly. Everytime I see it my heart sinks. It is a breathtaking building. There has to be something that could be done to save it. I really think we should try to gather support to renovate it. They want condos? Why can't this beautiful piece of architechture serve as condos? Why must it be ripped down and replaced? If the building was renovated, the apartments would sell for more, anyway. SO what does eveyone think?
