i went to NYIT from 2001 to 2005 which up until 2005 occupied/owned many of the hospital builidings. I lived in a dorm that was once a nurses dorm which was just south of the sunburst center. while i attended NYIT at this campus, they used only half of the sunburst center for classes and a library. some good stories here.

It could be a ghost, absolutely. But I'm more inclined to think it is one of the Nazi zombies that wander the caverns. Ghosts, zombies, Dr Mengele could pop out at any moment. See what Motts has to face to bring us this great material?

Very cool that so much is left intact. With the traversing crane in this room, I would suspect that large heavy replacement gun barrels were on the rack. And yes, Nazi zombies patrol the area on a regular basis.

Power plants of all types can be found with these towers. Water is pumped to the top edge to run down the inside walls to cool. All that is emitted is water vapor.
