Holy shit this place is really scary

At first I thought it was a laundry room but after reading all of the discussion I can see how it could be stalls & toilets.....interesting picture though.....

The (2) shows I saw this on was Ghost Adventures (travel Ch) & extreme paranormal. I don't think Ghost Hunters has been to Penn State Hosp/school. Anyway, I thought Motts had taken pictures here & even though I've looked at many of his pics through these yrs it takes sometime to go through all of these galleries. People were treated so horrible at these places. Its hard to hear all about this stuff. Its just wrong. There maybe some people that do need to be watched but not treated like animals. Heck the prison population is probably treated better than all these patients in these old asylums. Like someone else mentioned animals are treated better. Its sad that these buildings are left to rot....some should be preserved if nothing to show how horribly these patients were treated. If we don't remember what we did wrong in the 'past' than we are doomed to repeat it all over again. Lets not forget that......Just some very deep thoughts tonight........Thanks Motts.

Whenever you enter an abandoned hospital, you feel the precence of ghost patients watching you, who died in the hospital.

Like you I spent many many hours crawling through the corridors and tunnels of Byberry, I mostly explored the old side, across the Blvd. We played back there as kids in the very early 70's. It's cool to see you have kept the place alive with your photo's bro. I recently did a bulletin on myspace on Byberry and that's how I learned of you, in doing the research for images I found yours. Would love to get together sometime and hear more stories about the place. Byberry never gets old for me.
