Medical waste... I remember looking at the gallerie for a tuberculosis hospital on this site. Motts had apparently found and photo'd some culture bottles or the like outside, in a wooded area behind the old hospital- where curious children could possibly find them...
Think of it: "Mommy, I think I have tuberculosis."
