Christina hill was also known as tina, but I never heard that her sister was there as well. I know another person involved through heresay in the murder of the two foster children was Clara Kelly. I left in 1988, so am not exactly sure what happened to her, but I believe she had left before I did. I know she was convicted, but in 1999 I believe they reversed the decision.
