The whole idea is to make this room & the others THE absolute creepiest, decaying place imaginable. This is what sells. THIS is what keeps us all so fricken interested. None of you would sleep here even if there was a brand new select comfort bed in that room!

SHE WITNESSED PEOPLE HAVING SEIZURES AT AGE NINE SCARED SHITLESS NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO THAT'S WHY WHEN I HAD A GRAND MAL SEIZURE SHE KNEW WHAT TO DO WHEN I HAD ONE. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE GERIATRIC PATIENTS AFTER THEY URINATED AND DEFECATED ALL OVER THE MOLDY DELAPATED FLOORS AT AGE NINE AND FORCED TO PICK TOMATOES IN THE HOT SUN ALL DAY WOULD YOU LIKE DOING THAT?. ASK YOURSELVES THAT QUESTION WOULD YOU?. ANSWER ME ONE QUESTION IS THERE A MASS GRAVE THERE? FROM WHAT I HEARD ON THE NEWS THEY FOUND A VERY LARGE MASS GRAVE WITH ADOLESCENT GIRLS BONES IN IT. I ALMOST AS WELL AS MY OWN MOTHER ALMOST ENDED UP IN THAT GRAVE BECAUSE SHE DISOBEYED THE STAFF THERE SHE WAS PUT IN SECLUSION FOR NOTHING BROKE WINDOWS WITH THE BEDPAN AND SANG ALL NIGHT LONG. SHE TOLD ME THAT THE WOMEN WOULD TRY TO CLIMB IN BED WITH HER AT AGE 9. I WOULD BE SCARED TOO. THEY TAUGHT THEM NOTHING THERE NO READING, WRITING, ARETHMATITIC NOT ONE DAMN THING EDUCATION WISE . DID THEY HOLD SATANIC RITUALS THERE TOO? WAS MY MOTHER A SACRFICE BECAUSE SHE WAS A VIRGIN? IS THAT HOW SHE GOT PREGNANT WITH ME AND MY SISTER AND OUR HALF BROTHER HAD A DIFFERENT FATHER? 5 YEAR OLD PSYCHIC

to unknown: some are very aware of their surroundings and their abilities/disabilities, but there are those that do not have the ability to acknowledge in any way, that they are aware... they cannot walk,talk, or express many emotions. there are differing levels mental retardation.I have worked in this field for 25 years (originating at this particular School).
The clients that I took care of which happened to be total care ( wheelchair bound, diapered) had to be cared for as you would care for infants... In very rare cases some clients did get abused by some staff and even other clients over the years. I will tell you honestly, that all of the clients in my building were cared for and loved by many of the staff who in many cases became the only family that these people ever knew. Some very fortunate clients had families that were very involved ...but the majority DID NOT.
I will also say that in many cases the clients lost more than they gained by this place being closed and being forced into the community. Here they had 24-7 nursing,security & just more freedom than they do now. In the community, while their houses are more pleasing to the eye, they do not have skilled certified nurses in most homes 24-7and there are deficiencies in general. they do not have the rec therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychiatric therapy readily available to them that they had at the school. Personally, I think that they would have been better off demolishing the buildings on grounds and put either 8 or 4 person housing in their place and kept the staffing that they had.

I don't think it is a bolt,I think it is hollow,or a tube with threads on the out side. If you look at the other end of the pipe there seems to another one just like it, but with something screwed on the end.. Perhaps a saftey valve of some kind?
