I know in the rehab hospital where I worked, (and several others) they had some old cars set up for people to learn how to transfer and such, also they would have mini apartments to help people relearn to get around like you were at home.

They hold red plastic bags-one problem with those is the bag is exposed, where it might get torn or a nick which theoretically, would leak the infectious waste product thruout the ward. I'm pretty sure most hospitals have gone to hard plastic red containers. We have similar containers that hold plastic laundry bags tho. Those things are pretty flimsy, too.
