This building belongs to someone,if even the State,If is not yours then leave it alone. No one has te right to trash someone elses property.

The floors were definitely sketchy - parts of the second floor were completely missing.

No idea what they were thinking back then,but maybe someone in the future will see they were right.

Were they ever lived in? What was the point of putting so much money into renovations if they're now all vacant and not bringing in revenue? I wouldn't mind living in a partially abandoned building but I can't imagine the majority of people would want to.
