LOL what first came to mind was that psycho people would amuse them selves for hours spinning on the chair... i guess the chair won but. :D

Charlie is wouldnt be boring, like he said, there were bowling areas and theatres and all sorts.... Then again, psycho patients wouldnt be allowed out or something.... we were really un-just back then, If a psycho patient who had been rehabilitated went: "Im not psycho anymore im fine" they'd be rejected and left in the hospital. Maybe they made a mental test...

Maybe at that time they hospital didnt have a good fund and needed those beds and mattresses who knows....

I think it could actually have been a fork. There is nothing really to show the scale of the picture so it could be that those lines are at an appropriate fork-width.

The highest staircase looks really flimsy
