I sure did! Thanks Motts!
Didn't you wonder what was behind that door? Amazing place.
This is gorgeous!
Tony will love this one...it is like an endless hallway!
Just the fact that they build all this underground amazes me.

I don't think I would have the wherewithal to enter that tunnel. So glad that you have that kind of fortitude, Motts, to traverse these secretive, mystical places.
Is the brick wall supporting the ceiling? If it crumbles will it all collapse?
Sometimes mother nature is in no hurry to create beauty.
Stalactites looks so fragile. Amazing to see no graffiti.
A new gallery! Looks to be an awesome one too!

Thanks for the stove info Roy!

Hm, I would guess two pipes are for water (hot/cold) and probably a third gas line, added after the tile was put in. There also seems to be a 220v outlet installed below for an electric stove... it does seem that some renovations have begun to take place but never finished.

Last autumn on a local urban exploration trip I went into an office and the clock on the wall was still running. It even had the correct time +- 5 mins.

Will go back soon to see if it is still correct.

In the dozen or so years since this was posted no one commented on the Bud cans on the right side of the tub? What is a hot tub w/o beer?

Wonderful photo. I wonder if glass blocks provide any insulating factor?
Yes they do. The best rating I found was R1.96 which aint much.
