The imagination runs wild on what psychiatric rehab was. This looks to be a secure door with a buzzer button on the left for entry. The sign on the door says "Keep Closed."

Banged out on an old typewriter. Back when I worked at the old Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Dispensary we had a similar policy when someone took the narcotics locker key home. We had to get the base locksmith to change the locks & the guilty nurse or medic got a written reprimand.
