I'd guess the one in the upper corner is bathroom. This chart was used when patient's were unable to speak. You held it up and the patient pointed to what they needed. I remember using one, in ICU, with a patient on a ventilator.

Interesting color. I wonder what was covering that green patch. Nice windows, the pipes and lighting fixtures are an eyesore though

This room is bland and boring with no color and its kind of creepy at the same time

I'm so excited! Another great gallery. These walls are made of brick instead of cinder block or plaster. I like that.

I have an idea for the holes.
Perhaps these were used to run wires through that hooked up to the patient who was in that room? LIie detector, or electric shock maybe?

I think the paper towels didn't turn brown by time; they are made out of recycled paper and have always been brown.
