This brace reminds me of the one I wore on my left leg due to polio. I was 3 when stricken and finally got rid of the brace by the 5th grade. Just wore a smaller one untill 6th grade and then had 23 orthopedic surgeries during my life. Am so glad polio is ALMOST eridicated....it caused so much life long pain.
