Is the name of this woman Lu ?

What is the image just to the right of the womans face that is
scratched out ? The image looks like a tray that has bottles
or test tubes on it.
The tray looks like it is tilted at a 45 degree angle.

This woman has mean look on her face like she is taking her revenge.

What a sad and wretched place it must have been.

@MamaToFiveInPA, I think the red tank and black cylinder object look like the parts to a fire extinguisher.

Apparently reeds were sometimes used for lath and plaster walls in those days.

these tiles were made by a factory near where i live which was built in the late 1800s and is now abandoned too!

Binky, i can tell you with certainty as a Catholic. You are correct but the term is unconsecrated this simply put a prayer or prayers are said in essence unblessing them. Sometimes they are used in other churches.

Paul when in the early 80's did you go? I went in the summers of 81,82,83 and yes dodge ball was one of my fondest memories of the gym. Do you remember playing British Bulldog in the field near the mansion, there was an old chimney there.

Forgot to add one thing anyone remember the kid in 82 who got the fish hook in his finger and Fr. Mark had to take him to Arden Hill emergency room??? That kid was me!
