OMG, this is an incredible shot. The old wood, the crumbling concrete, and the industrial light frame this antique wheelchair perfectly.

It's always nice to see a place where the little teenage asshats haven't destroyed it.

Think of the tears that hit those floors from confused patients and overwhelmed staff.

I love the use of colors, light, shadows, and textures. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this speaks volumes.

Perfect in B&W. For those involuntarily committed, this must have been a terrifying sight. This was the last thing they saw from the outside world.

They really knew how to build reinforced back in the days - 100 years - and neglected, and still standing, is great in strength. It is a study of decay. Not much plant life inside, and wonder why. The care-taker is resolute + stern, and guards it well.
