Yes, this is a magnificent instrument. One wonders how it felt to turn the blower off for the last time, to leave the swell box open, and to walk away, knowing it would never be played again. What are the chances of it ever being recovered or restored? Probably non-existant. Someone will sell the pipes for scrap, while the wooden pipes will no doubt be burned. What a shame for an instrument that was once loved and cared for.

If you don't mind me asking why didn't you take any pictures from the morgue? i remember when we first started going in byberry the morgue we had a thing to hop in the droor and shut it...That was before we realized it's just an old decaying building at night and with random people around it can be creepy at first. we were trying to get bugged out but it wasn't happening haha. With your skill you coulda made that morgue look amazing and You are a talented Photographer, love B&W and most of these are Black and white it has Sooo much more depth to it.

There is a picture somewhere from way back i think i was in 8th grade when i saw it, of the bottle room, it was just HUNDREDS of rx bottles from when it was open. I think it may be on GodDogs page. Really good picture. This is also another very good picture.

The thing that gets me is ART is ART i know i already said it, but even if it's someone drawling People with Red Dicks or Demon Creatures or whatever, It's Art Regardless. Sorry i just can't get over the blast of people coming at an artist. Especially when ya think about it, almost everything around you is art. Open-mindedness is obviously a trait not as common as i thought. Open your mind to something you dont completely understand, it may just change your life. christ i sound like a preacher.

ART is ART whether is one canvas,Music tattoo's, Graf, Blood smeared with a stick... It's an abandoned building i really doubt anyone was thinking about the HISTORY of it while doing so. Graffiti on public things i don't see a problem honestly, it's apart of the neighborhoods HISTORY. So i dont understand all the hating on it especially if anyone saying it is an artist themselves, if you don't understand ART is whatever the persons feelings put down is ART. Funny i can see a couple friends up there. Awesome Picture by the way which is ART.
