Good ole' Shure Vocal Master speakers... those were in about a zillion places like this, as well as schools and churches. Awful by today's standards, but high tech for their time.

What if a former patient went to an other physican or hospital after this hospital closed? I mean, it could have become important to see a person's patient files- but they just "lost" it in there... strange. Is that usual business in the US?
