It might be, but it was more than likely put there after abandonment... there are footprints on the table, so someone has been messing around in there. Morgues and autopsy rooms are kept extremely clean after every post-mortem operation anyway; the likelihood of finding any human remains is pretty slim.

I'd bet that faint yellow stain in the center is a more authentic remnant of the messy work that was performed here.
Sure brings back memories. I worked in this building, building 81 and building 10. I enjoyed working at PSH, have since retired and reside in Arizona. So happy to see this site.
