Not sure it's a toilet... The base looks kind of like one, but it's a bit on the large side, and there's a faucet above it. I'd guess it's another sink--seems like I vaguely recall seeing something like that in the morgue in another gallery, although I could be misremembering.

It's a wash basin, used for washing out organs after they are removed from the body.

True, but it was a minimum security facility though, so the cells looked more like rooms compared to a more secure prison.

Last time I was there it had gotten more trashed, and it looked like someone who calls himself "Phantom" had spraypainted his name in a lot of places.

I've met a few inside, but they've never given me any trouble.

So I geuss this means the utilites were all still turned on. That seems strange.

kinda reminds me of 30th street station in philly must of all been built the same

now i have a better understanding of how patient abuse became so easy in these places being self sufficient kept locals away no one to blow the whistle so to speak on the treatment of patients

the maids in the hotel i work in could take some lessons from whoever cleaned this bathroom lol.

im a firm believer in bringing the outside in with plants but this is extreme.........a wonderful picture
