It's not creepy like your other chair shots...but it has a touch of humor to it which is just as cool. Sitting and waiting...great shot.

I also love how you got the water tower on the right.

After looking @ your site my freind and i got inspired to go check out LWV for ourselves. When we found the table stand it was pretty cool. seeing it on your website and seeing it in real life. however i have to say ... i like it better on your site. much more mystery to it.

I find the flatness of the figures disturbing. Anyway, I don't really understand the symbolism either, but at least it's in pretty good condition.

That IS a nice view. And a lot less gross than the rest of the building.

This picture just screams "Tetanus".

Yeah, this tunnel is definitely creepier than the last tunnel.

Soup is the perfect food. You can make anything into soup. Even if you're down to bare essentials, chances are there's at least SOMETHING in the pantry that you can boil in water and convince someone to eat. I dunno, though, I find the assembly line attitude evident in the picture more than a little depressing.

I was gonna say, was that a wheelchair just for torsos or something? You can see what Lynne is talking about, though...if you look close you can make out where the rest of the attachments were supposed to go, I think.

I can't imagine everything i was going to see just being in that mirror hanging above me. i have to say in this case death is more appealing. but you never know. some of the people in these may have been thankful they could live longer...even if it meant eternity in the iron lung...

It looks like the entire place has had seen it's share of water. This is a good shot, though. It's very hard to make random trash seem beautiful.

I agree, this definitely makes me think. I hope whoever had the job of watching the laundry brought along a book or something.

I think it was more of a good intentions thing. They painted the room in some kind of a cheery theme, and then lacked the enthusiasm to do anything more with it. Nothing really makes me assume that, I guess, except that's how I see it playing out. Although putting the kid's name on the wall probably made them feel important.
