Yeah, now that I look at it, the footrest type thing is too close to the seat to really fit adults legs. I think the seat definitely is sagging, as the back is tipped way over.

No, the showers were nearby, as well as the barber shop, I was just weirded out by how many benches there were just for these services.

But it was a really bad one this time, I swear!

It's not the lack of individual stalls but rather the "hosing down" part that disturbs me.

It was small, and there were a few tricycles and small bikes laying around the place (weird?)... the armrests being so high up is strange though, maybe the seat is just sagging a lot.

Also still similar in alot of prisons.

Looks like a motorcycle coming down the hall. Puts me in mind of Meatloaf in The Rocky Horror Picture Show. :-)
