these look like the few remaining at Dixmont State Hospital(very hard to get into as of spring 05)in a damp hallway in 1950s era building had to walk on and over a few,i felt sad thinking that someone slept on these plastic things,Reed Hall is still standing and they havent put a date on demo yet.
