Motts did you wonder what the extra concrete was at the bottom of the arches. It was put there in the horse drawn wagon days to help guide the wagon wheels back straight . if they were off a little the wagon wheel would ride up so far and slide back down straight on their way again. I was impressed when an old timer who worked here explained it to me....

who ever quoted chapel was right on . Look between each group of 4 windows you will see a cross. yes this was a chapel in its hayday. Nice photographs but do not get caught. They will arrest you.
