Opinions are one thing. Intentionaly singling someone out or making deragitory comments to someone or a group of someones IS flaming, and should be deleted.
Rational debates go on here at this site all the time without incident. But when someone crosses the line into intentional flaming of an individual than they are reprimanded. Happens all over the place not just here. You wouldn't be able to get away with it at a job, why should it be acceptable here?
