I was thinking checkmark or possibly possible demolitions, in regards to the trees being cut down thing, possible doors to be removed or salvaged?

I cannot see it's purpose theres no reason anyone should be unlocking the door from the inside

funny westinghouse still makes jail things, like toilets and sinks.

looks like a weapons locker of some sort, it wouldn't be to prevent excrement they have cells for that with no holes in them, that or it's where they met to congregate. as ozzman said
