Are the windows intact? Oh, I certainly hope so. Mother Nature will be having a field day if they are broken. What a shame that would be.
the view and centering of this black and white (whick you know I LOVE) and the trees on either side, just perfect, Motts!

MUST HAVE THIS DOOR!!! *SCREAM* Excuse me,everyone. lost myself for a moment there. Craftmanship doesn't come along like this very often. OOOO and there's a square one in the back room. But what's with the white tile? great perspective, too.

Motts, dear, I'm a little confused about the title. Is the sprout the small bush in the front left or the huge tree that no doubt WAS a sprout at one time in the wrong place and is no doubt causing great harm to the foundation, wouldn't you agree autoguy? The house looks like it also has the remnants of a chimney, as well. It's an amazing "summer get-away." I'll take it!

BTW, a few flowers and a manicured pathway and it would resemble an English house in the country side.Lovely lighting, Motts. Doesn't everyone agree?

I'd lay 10 bucks that same kind of tile is in an old "saloon" in Illinois as my dad used to say. It's in the ladies restroom. When I was a kid, I even saw it being put in. It was fascinating (as a kid)!
