This was on all the Balconies at the end of the wards. I tryed to break through them a couple of times at no sucess at age 8. I was on A-21 in the kids area.

These Balconies were at the end of the wards from A-21 thru C-43 in the 50's. I would always try to get out there because the smoke inside was so bad (bullDerm rolled cigs)

The balconies were screened with one inch mesh wire to prevent excapes, Which was one thing I did and got as far as Indiana Ha ha.
