The tiles always seem to hang on long after other things have fallen apart. I love the symmetry of this room.
Lonely piano. At least it is still upright and not destroyed.
Third wallpaper - we hit the mother lode here!
Love stairways. I wonder how long it took to learn your way around these huge hospitals. Hallways and doorways leading to more hallways and doorways.
Is the floor giving out in the center or is something laying on it? Those rooms just look so massive compared to the size of the chair. What a gorgeous building.
But she has a good line of thinking! Transfer her to Canada so she can see Canada - the only way she will see it. She is finding a way to see what she wants to see. Sad that she feels she is a prisoner.
In the photo, the place already looks like its going downhill..those walls are none too clean in the picture. Makes you wonder where that young lady is today.
The colored doors way in the back, the immense size of the room, angled walls, and one chair who doesn't want to cooperate with the others.
Ladies on one side, gents on the other.
Thanks for the wallpaper!
Guess I didn't realize they had such a need for baby diapers. Thats a lot of diapers!
That door sure looks narrow.
That was a soap opera...but I watched it too lol. Such a difference...brilliant sunlight and darkness without a hint of light.
The glass looks thick...beautiful! Love the green.
In the far room...is it mold or moss? That room looks really light.
The halls just go on forever...stretching into the darkness towards the light.
Wow! How cool! Don't usually see this type in the hospitals. Love it...my mother in law had one like this and I believe its still working.
