This is a great picture. However being red/green color blind I dont see the "beautiful colors" that everyone else does. :(
By the way I always eat and drink while visiting Opacity. This is my refuge, my place to unwide and relax.
When we shut the power off to this hospital it all went down hill.Security was there for several years and the place was in good shape. The STATE Police used it for urban trainng for a while with tack force and dogs and stuff but after the floors started giving way they had stopped using it. The scappers moved in and cut the poles down, dumped the transformes(PCB"S ?) and took the copper. The vandails moved in and tore the plywood off the windows and doors and wrecked the place, burned the garage and theatre. Then there are the goust hunters(HA HA) who think someone there.Their has been some people caught there and arrested but over all its a hazard for anyone to go into.

Maybe I watch too much NCIS. But I would think that morgues/autopsy
rooms would have been kept very clean and sterile. While the stains on the floor are curious I doubt that it is bodily fluids.
Or maybe I'm wrong and it's just remnats of a zombie.
OK I did a quick google search. Nothing on Johns-MANSVILLE.
But I did find a Johns-MANVILLE. Maybe just a typo. (Sorry Motts)
Started in 1858 making asbestos shingles. In 1901 H.W. Jonhs Manufacturing Co. merged with Manville Covering Co. (H.W. Johns-Manville Co.) and made a number of things including asbestos/cement, acoustical and magnesia products.
