The famous 'haunted room with the carousel' ! I've seen a couple of tv showa about this hospital and this very room is consider the center of ghost's activity in the place, where many mediums have sensed presences and also seen the carousel moving by itself...

It' about some rules for injecting transpulmia and oily solutions in general.Something about the lenght of the needles ,the muscolar mass to inject whit the solution ecc. But translating medical terms is not my forte ;)
