The chair was lit with my flashlight using a long exposure, so it looks a little unnatural.

People lived most of their lives in these hospitals, so I don't think anything that can be found in a home wouldn't really be out of place here.

It's a golf cart for the course that's behind the powerhouse, although I watched people in a golf cart or similar type vehicle "seal" us into a building once, so you might be right!

Yes I'm pretty sure that was a porch that you could hang out on, I think I remember seein an old photo of people sitting in chairs on top of this.

This was a criminal psychiatric unit... looks a hell of a lot nicer than some prison cells I've seen.

Yes some of them were locked. The keys to this building were all missing from the key room.

Sure I've been told to leave places plenty of times when I scout them out, and I've gotten caught at those times when it counts as well... I'd rather not plaster my record on the internet though

Yep almost all of these old state hospital buildings were designated fallout shelters, many still have barrels of water, toilet paper, medical supplies, and food rations.

Looked like sections of pipe; this room looked like it was used for storage after it closed while the rest of the campus was active.
