this appears to be an agitator of some kind? probably goes around in circles? wonder what the little cup w/hole on the bottom that's at the top middle of the thing is for?

i saw these in france along the highway & in italy in the train station, just as malvina described. it reminded me of drunken camping trips when you had to go pee in the woods.

perhaps if your facility is owned by a big company, ie., hca, an alert could be put out for one. maybe there's a facility being remodeled, sold, whatever. you could also check w/a local association for people w/disabilities. maybe they would know of one no longer in use.
how about craigslist? eBay? hit up the softest touch on the board of directors...

i hope before they tear this down someone salvages the light fixtures.

almost like someone set this down for a moment & forgot it.......

wonder why the knife is there & why/how it is bent like that? the syringe isn't really that big, the needle either. it's a 3cc or 5cc & those usually have anywhere from a 21-25g needle.
unless you hook up your own. (i work in a dr's office) i would think junkies would use small needles to lessen track marks & make it easier to fnd a vein.
