perhaps a patient once had a pet named Harry.

Yes, okay, I admit it's not the perfect solution. Porta-potties might be. Bring your own porta-potty, rig it with a few wheels and a handle so you can take it with you on your trips. If you're travelling by car, you may have to tie it to the roof horizontally (however, make sure it is empty if you don't want feces dripping down your windows). Also, it might be a little bit hard to take with you in old, unstable buildings where the elevators don't work.

Apart from that... perfect solution, no? :-P

I will! I'll travel all the way to America, spend months trying to find this place and then I'll tear that thing right out with my bare hands (strong but sensitive) and carry it back home.
But that'd be robbery, right?

Just some deranged rambler. Think about it; he (I take it that it's a he) didn't know it would ever be seen by another person, so he did it purely for his own amusement.

The waxy, bloated eyes of a fish, tiny buttons and switches for teeth, a mortal wound inflicted to the forehead... this looks like a dead bart simpson all right.

Motts, have you ever found files? I mean, things that describe the patients?
Things like, er...

"Patient H. Philips has been exceptionally violent today. Dr. Moores applied sedative. Put into isolation. Release date yet to be planned."

No prob, PB. As for ispiration, my guess was that this was a poetic man or woman, probably a squatter, with an aerosol spray can and a lot of boredom.

But, as you said, we may never know, unless we hear from the artist him (her?) self.

I love those things. I see them alot in other pictures on this site, so I guess they're oftenly left behind. They're like eyes. Eyes who have seen doctors cutting people open. Eery thought.
