They are called Bradley Sinks. They usually have a tower in the middle and a large hoop like peddle around it you step on to run the water.

I worked there 45 years ago people tend to forget where the words idiot,moron, and imbacile are used .They were all there, a very ,very sad place to work. Attendants carried soap in a sock for protection. I lasted 3 day's. I couldn't handle it.
