The shot titled "Slim", a couple back, shows incandescent light fixtures mounted behind that clock face in a square pattern. Maybe these were similar at one time.

The middle door , (without the lock) seems to be a cheap reproduction of the other doors. The rectangles look to be routered grooves instead of actual recessed panels.
