I love these long corridor shots...such a sense of lonliness about them.
This one just blows me away. I could stare at it for hours.
There are two types of bucky's. The first bucky is the cassette tray that slides underneath the table top. The second bucky is the wall bucky that the cassette is loaded into, but can move up and down that is attached to a fix unit. Last but not least...AEC. AEC (Automatic Exposure Control) controls the amount of exposure distuibuted to the patient. The AEC, KVp and MAs must be selected before making an exposure!
I remember having an x-ray in "94 and that 's similar to the one that was used on me! I'm guessing that is a late "60's to early "70's machine!. Talk about vintage!
