You better wipe your feet. If you scratched a pipe with a wrench, you repainted it. A motor room was a thing of beauty. Makes me sad to see them like this, but it was worse watching ones get demolished. That would make you cry.
MY substation was demolished while I watched in horror. Never have gotten over it. I've never been the same since.
