I got caught there once and the cop said "Next time you're looking for thrills, chills and excitement, go to your local blockbuster" I almost died laughing. He did then tell me to get out of Hanson and never come back...
Only caught there 1 time though. I have been there a good 10 times
I don't think I could've entered this room either.....its just too creepy for me...closed curtains....someone could've been behind one of them....I can see the horror movie thing for sure and I don't like horror movie's .....
If there are patients records there they should've been destroyed of properly. I just don't understand how they can leave that stuff behind---there are laws for that and big fine's too. Very big. Shame on them if they left that info behind.
Motts: as always thanks for the wonderful pictures....it makes me sad to see places just rotting away. I also always think of the patients and all the people that worked in the hospitals. It is very sad really. Bruce thanks for your insight as to what went on at this hospital. Its always great to hear from people that worked there or patients. Thanks again Motts....you do great work......as always....: )
It's a waiting area for lamps trying out to be the Disney/Pixar lamp that jumps around. They were all too tall. They went with a desktop 'Model' :-) Sorry. Couldn't resist.
I remember those IBM 8" disks well and the drives that took to read them. They looked like a toaster with a thyroid condition, all bloated up with two slits for the disks. That's when 10mb hard drives came out and we were told we would "never fill one up"!! Now GIGAbyte drives are common and terrabytes on are tap. (I'm a computer nerd from WAY back!!)
