There may have been another one in the other wing of the building, I can't quite remember.

What an antique. Wonder how old it is,and if they continued to use it until the day the place closed

Its always a little unnerving to see leftover objects like these lying around in places. Only thing worse is syringes or cultures

At least the paper towel dispenser is still there, and the mirrors unbroken
Transom Windows, LucieLou, and others, knew the name, - and really like them - wish there were more Transom Windows everywhere.
They are clever, efficient and smart. Light, ventilation and contact.
We grew up with them; the doors had no windows - but you could see if lights were on in room, and/or if transom, open hear the music/voices. It was great.
Back at Verden, again - a favorite. Love soft soft soft.........

Yes - realized there IS steam in TWO places - astounding and weird.
Am so happy about the panorama, as always wanted to see Verden from the outside, such a favorite it is.
Am very pleased + thankful, Motts.
Thought it had been demolished - glad was wrong.

Lynne do you know if these are still used today?? The frame seems like such an old fashioned way to treat patients with back injuries.
