All of the older facilities I have worked at had/have steam. The place I work at now is the first place I haven't had to deal with steam leaks and creepy old steam tunnels.

What a splendid shot! The hallway seems exceptionally wide for a psych hospital. Perhaps this was the geriatric ward and they needed extra width for the wheelchairs?
