yeah, the ashtrays built in to the chair arms takes me back to the days when you could smoke while getting your hair cut, while standing in line at the market or bank, while riding on the bus or in a cab, in a bar or restaurant, at your desk at work. . .. maybe if people were allowed to smoke again they would be a little calmer and wouldn't be such miserable, rude, inconsiderate rags all the time. WOW I think I just opened up a big can of worms!! Well, I did smoke like a blast furnace for 25 years and quit cold turkey 5 years ago so I think I have some perspective about smoking.
I hate to see beautiful old buildings left to rot. I wish that there was a way to save all of them. but then again you wouldn't have a website if that happened.

What a chilling shot. It brings it all together as to why people were there. Housed together to try and get better. I bet the icy winds didnt help to much
