Well the other side was labeled "solution", and sitting outside for all these years, it probably accumulated some condensation inside the jar.

Either it's rust from the bottom of the cap or diluted blood, and I'd bet it's the latter of the two.

Someone probably forgot to shut off the line, and since the windows and doors are boarded or cemented over, no one knows about it. A few extra lights on aren't gonna run up the electric bill for a decent sized hospital enough to notice either.

I'm just surprised the place hasn't caught fire yet.

Makes me angry to see such waste. Somebody obviously must own the property; if they didn't want it, why not sell it dirt cheap to somebody who can do something to it?

Why the hell would anyone still pay to power the place? i can't imagine any sort of work still being done in the shambles it's become...weird..

it looks like it has medal rods in it. very strange, i totally dont know what it is, and ive worked as a cardiac care tech for fourteen years now. weird

It almost looks as if someone had broken out of the restraints even thought thats probably not the case
