First time doing Tabata. I loved it. It was bruatl. Cant wait to do it again and next time speed it up. LOL, there must be something wrong with me. I have also never done a clean and Jerk or a Push Jerk. When I look in the demonstrations, I do not see one for push jerk. can someone explain?
