I think I was squished against a wall and couldn't get wide enough... I agree though. No offense taken, thanks for the suggestion!

Just a little crit Motts - perhaps you should've tried to capture the edges of the tub aswell since it leaves the image unfinished in a way. Also, because the edge on either side is proportionally different, it seems a little off balance. I don't mean to offend - just one photographer to another. Love your work.

It seems that the least people can do is make this "crib" more comfortable!

I've aquired some old lead x-ray cases that look as though they'd be right at home in this x-ray room. Some of them still have the last date they had been used on the label.

Its a mystery when you think of the last person to close the door behind them on this place.

It seems strange to me that a place like this was in use only about 25 years ago.

I gave birth to my son in 1994, and because of the extensive brain damage he had, they told me I should put him in an institution, for he never would be normal, he would always be a vegetable. I could not do this to my own flesh and blood, i could not even fathom him not being in my home. He, with lots of therapies, and love, is nowhere near a vegetable. He walks, talks, and rides a two wheel bike. So much for being a vegetable. I love my children very much and would never give up on them. He has beaten all the odds, and now wants to become a doctor and help the children who are like him. He still has some troubles, but we beleive he can overcome any obsticle that tries to block him.

Why complain here? Go to stadiums, some schools, jails, or plenty of places, and they have bathrooms like this. They even had bathrooms like these in the school where i grew up. We had to stand in a line across from the toilets to wait for one to open up.

QUIT using the word retard! Or are you that way yourself! I deal with mentally challenged people, and this is one of the worst insults to them, and I find it only true retards use this word. Lynn is right about what she speaks, this precautions are there for the protection of these patients.
