I'm only 13. I wonder if there are younger viewers than me? I found this site today after viewing Celebrity Paranormal Project episode 2. The team went to a place called "Warson Asylum" which I found out was actually Norwich State Hospital.

My friend Brian and my brother Shaun and I went to Aumans Funeral Home in the mid 90's and saw Stoneman Willie, too! We didn't see any other bodies thought. Your story sounds fun & creepy!

Looks like some stripping has occurred here, the radiators seem to have vanished. If you look under some of the windows you can see the unpainted wall where a 'roller' wouldn't fully reach.

This makes me think of a photograph I once saw of another old asylum chair.. this one was made so that the back could be laid flat and the foot could be lifted so that, once done, the chair turned into a gurney. Perhaps this is something similar?

It looks so frigid, barren and lonesome. The low golden sun rays trying to being warmth. Heaven help the people that called this home ;/
Some caskets had straw bedding to aid in combustion, as in cremation. Cremation caskets were also very cheap, hence the appeal to the state runnung the hospital. Excellent pictures, they remind me of the funeral home basement, and some of the morgues in hospitals still operating.
