it's not haunted, I lived on North street and went into the building 3 times. we didn't hear a peep. we didn't even have a flashlight the first time, we used lighters to see.

The lamp and typewriter DO look like old friends. Maybe it started like this:

Type: "Hi, I'm a Typewriter."
Lamp: "And I'm a lamp. That's wheelchair back there, he doesn't get out much anymore."
Type: "I'm still usable, if you don't need = or - or 8 and 9. You see, wheelchair decided to try and move which made lamp jump and land on my keys."
Lamp: "My Bad"
Wheelchair: "make sure you tell them I am still useful too as long as you have really good balance, and only need to go straight."
Type: (whispers) "Straighten your shade, no cares if you have 'game' or not."
Lamp: " Is it my turn to use the outlet yet? I mean I know my bulb is burned out but I like to pretend, you know what I mean?"
Type:"Imagination is the key that sets us apart from filing cabinets and crutches."
Lamp:"Oh I get it, the "key" ha ha ha."
Type:"Stop it! That's not funny anymore, fuse for brains!"
Lamp:"What was that? Jump on your keys again?"
Type:"No wait, WAIT! Doh!"

i dont realy know that much but i lived in kalamazoo and i went there one time with my dad and a light on the third floor was turning on and off so it is haunted

I've wanted to go explore the old TB hospital on Blakeslee in kalamazoo. I want to take pictures. I have not found many. The only thing is I would be scared to get caught.

Geri Chairs are still around and look exactly like that in 2008..Man, They are very comfortable.
